What is the delivery time?
Standard delivery time within Sweden is usually 2-4 working days. Please note that holidays and red days are not included in these days and may therefore extend the delivery time. We reserve the right for longer delivery times on certain products.
Can I track my package?
When you select a trackable delivery option, a tracking link is sent with
the delivery confirmation via e-mail.
I have received a delivery confirmation but can't see any update on the tracking link. What is it due to?
If your package is trackable, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be updated
current information.
Where is my package?
If you have chosen trackable delivery, you can click on the link in the delivery confirmation you have received via e-
mail. Note that it may take up to 48 hours before the link is updated with information about your
package status after it has been shipped from our warehouse.
My package was damaged when I received it, what do I do?
If your package is damaged when you receive it, we recommend that you take pictures of the package and
ensures if something is missing. You can then contact our customer service by using
the contact form, and we will assist you with the next steps.
What happens if I don't collect my package from an agent in time?
If you do not collect your package in time from an agent, it will be returned to us. In such cases
we will charge a handling fee of SEK 99. We therefore urge you to collect your package on time and,
if necessary, follow our returns process if you have regretted before receiving the package.
