When you place an order on the Empower website, you will receive an order confirmation. By then receiving a delivery confirmation, you enter into an agreement with Empower and thereby accept ours purchase conditions . By doing this, you undertake to comply with all conditions, certify that you have read the information and enter into an agreement with us regarding the processing of personal data and consent to our Privacy Policy and the use of cookies.

Time of Agreement
These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via www.empowersportswear.se and its underlying pages ("Homepage"). An agreement between you and Forseni Company, org: 559447-0063 (“Forseni Company AB”, “we”, “us”) comes into force when Empower confirms your order through a delivery confirmation. These conditions apply only to consumers who place orders via the Website.
Prices, Discount Codes and Refunds
The prices of the goods include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and are charged separately when ordering. Please note that prices listed are subject to change by Empower Sportswear. After you have placed your order and received the order confirmation, no changes can be made regarding your order. We reserve the right to inform about goods that may not be available. When using discount codes, these are registered at the checkout. In the case of promotions, discounts are already included in the price when the product is added to the shopping cart. Bonus checks are refunded in the form of gift cards upon return, and refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Payment
You need a valid identification to complete the purchase and an approved payment method via our payment solution. According to Swedish law, credit purchases are not permitted for persons under the age of 18. Empower Sportswear reserves the right to refuse or modify your order if you provide incorrect personal information, have payment complaints or exhibit fraudulent behavior.
Errors and Disclaimer
We reserve the right for any image and typographical errors on the website, including incorrect product descriptions, technical specifications and prices as well as adjustments to price or stock status. Any errors can be corrected and the information can be changed on an ongoing basis. We reserve the right for delivery delays and final sales from the time of order until delivery confirmation is sent. All images on the website are illustrative and do not necessarily represent the exact number of products you will receive or the exact appearance, features or origin of the item.
Right of withdrawal and Returns
You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to cancel your order. Exceptions may apply to certain products. When returning, the item must be in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached, and must be unused and undamaged. Refunds are made via the same method of payment as at the time of purchase. Reimbursement when using a bonus check is via gift card. When returning, you are responsible for the return cost and the product until it reaches us.

Complaint
If you receive a defective item, please report this as soon as possible and send us a picture and description of the defect. Complaints are processed manually and decisions can take up to 30 days. The products must maintain the highest quality and any defects should be reported within a reasonable time.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the site, including product information, images, graphics, design and layout, is owned by Forseni Company and protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. No copying or use is permitted without the written consent of Forseni Company.
